Lukewarm showers, rusty water, popping noises or a puddle under the tank usually mean the water heater needs attention. We tell you whether a repair is worth the money, and what a replacement would cost, before you decide.
When a repair is worth it
Most tank heaters last 8 to 12 years. If yours is younger, a new element, thermostat, anode rod or gas valve often brings it back. If it’s older and leaking from the tank itself, replacement is the safe choice.
Tankless upgrades
Tankless units heat water on demand, take up a fraction of the space and can cut water heating costs. We size the unit for your peak use, upgrade the gas line or electrical supply if needed, and handle the permit.
Every install includes
Removal of the old heater, a new expansion tank and shut-off valve where code requires them, a full safety check of venting and pressure relief, and a walkthrough of the settings before we leave.
