Emergency plumbing

Burst pipes, overflowing toilets and no water at all. A plumber is usually with you within 60 minutes, at any hour.

Call the emergency line and a dispatcher answers, day or night. While the nearest van drives over, we talk you through closing the main stop valve, so the damage stops before we arrive.

What we handle

  • Burst and frozen pipes
  • Leaks through ceilings and walls
  • Overflowing or constantly running toilets
  • No water, or no hot water
  • Sewage backing up into drains

How the visit works

We stop the water first, then show you what failed and why. You get a fixed price for the repair before we start, and the $129 call-out is taken off it. If the permanent fix needs a part we don’t carry, we make it safe that night and come back at a time that suits you.

Before we arrive

Find your main shut-off valve (usually where the water line enters the house) and turn it clockwise. Switch off the water heater if the leak is near it. Move valuables away from the water and take a few photos for your insurer.
