A water bill that keeps climbing, a damp patch that won’t dry, or running water you can hear with every tap off usually means a leak inside a wall or under the floor. Left alone, it rots framing, feeds mold and lifts flooring.
How we find it
We start with a pressure test to confirm there is a leak, then trace it with acoustic listening gear and a thermal camera. Most leaks are pinpointed to within a few inches, so we open one small, tidy patch instead of a whole wall.
Signs of a hidden leak
- Your water meter moves with every tap closed
- Warm spots on the floor (a slab leak on a hot line)
- Musty smells, bubbling paint or stained ceilings
- Low water pressure that came on suddenly
After the repair
We pressure-test the line again, dry the area, and leave you a short written report with readings and photos. Most insurers ask for exactly that.
