What does the call-out fee cover?

The $129 call-out covers travel and up to 30 minutes of diagnosis. If you go ahead with the repair, we take it off the bill. If you don't, that's all you pay.

What's included in a fixed price?

Labor, standard parts such as fittings, valves and pipe, and cleaning up afterwards. It doesn't cover damage we couldn't see before opening a wall or floor. If we find any, we stop, show you, and price it separately before carrying on.

How fast can you get here in an emergency?

Usually within 60 minutes inside our service area, at any hour. Call the emergency line rather than using the form, so the dispatcher can talk you through shutting the water off while the van drives over.

What does the two-year guarantee cover?

Our labor on the repair we did. If a joint we made leaks or a fixture we fitted comes loose within two years, we come back and fix it at no charge. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty, usually one to ten years.

Are your plumbers licensed and insured?

Every plumber holds a state license and we carry $2 million in liability insurance. We can email the certificate before the visit if your landlord or building manager needs it.

When and how do I pay?

By card or bank transfer once the job is finished and tested. For bathroom refits over $1,500 we take a 30% deposit for materials, with the rest due on completion.
